Returns must be dropped off at USPS or UPS/FEDEX within 5 days of the date it was delivered. We accept exchanges or store credit only up to 5 days from the date the tracking information states it was delivered. We do not issue refunds on original payment method. Return shipping costs is paid by the customer and will be deducted from the total return cost.

To be eligible for an exchange, item(s) must not be worn and in the same condition that was received it and be in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns for the following item(s):

  • Intimate
  • Bodysuits
  • White/beige
  • Swimwear
  • No longer in stock
  • Bought on a sale day (clearance)
